Financial Policy
Payment is due when services are rendered unless prior arrangements in writing. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards. Please call us to discuss possible insurance coverage.
Fees quoted are good for 90 days and don’t cover any unforseen or unexpected dental conditions that may arise.
